Disney Fireworks | Northern Michigan & Cheboygan Photographer

If you have ever been to Disney World, you know that they pull out all the stops for service and entertainment!  There is truely nothing more magical than a Disney experience, in my opinion!
While the kids were excited about the resort pool and rides, my goal was to attend both fireworks shows at Epcot and Magic Kingdom. They did not disappoint!!

Magic Kingdom has a new fireworks show called Happily Ever After!  Cinderella’s castle is lit up with all the well known Disney movie characters, all displayed with the appropriate colors and songs for each character.  It’s spectacular!

Epcot does a different show called “IllumiNations: Reflections of Earth”  which features the World Showcase lit up along with pyrotechnics, fireworks, & music.  I love seeing each “country” lit up around the waterfront.

Traveling tip:  I do not like to take my “work camera” (Nikon D750) on trips as it can be heavy and too big for convenience.  I purchased a smaller pocket-sized Canon G9xs which produces amazing images for being a “point and shoot” camera, while still having all the manual and RAW functions of a DSLR.  I will say, it did not disappoint!

Stay tuned for more images as I’d like to make a post about the benefits of using the Photopass service, which is another favorite Disney perk of mine!  (Imagine all the family photos you could want in the most magical place on Earth! 🙂 )
